Cured Lemons

The French Laundry ranks number one on my culinary bucket list. This Napa Valley restaurant is frequently honored by inclusion in the annual Restaurant Magazine list of the top 50 Restaurants of the World, having been named “Best Restaurant in the World” in 2003 and 2004. Since 2006, it has been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide. It received a most favorable review in The New York Times and was called “the best restaurant in the world, period” by Anthony Bourdain.  The chef and owner of the French Laundry is Thomas Keller, recipient of the James Beard Award and Culinary Hall of Fame Inductee

Learning recipes and techniques like cured lemons from one of the world’s best Chefs, allows us home cooks to shine. Thomas Keller’s Cured Lemons can be used in salad dressings, sauces, grain salads, pasta dishes, fish dishes, roasted chicken preparations,and Tagines.
