Ahi Tuna
Ingredients
12 oz Ahi Tuna
⅛ teaspoon Kosher salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Compound Garlic Butter
Instructions
Season tuna with salt and pepper.
Heat fry pan over medium high heat until hot. Add oil and place tuna into pan.
Cook for 90 seconds, and turn cooking an additional 60 seconds. Remove from pan, place garlic butter on top of tuna, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
