Honey Butter
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • ½ cup honey
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix butter and honey together. Do not over mix, leave streaks of honey visible throughout the butter.
  2. Place Honey Butter onto a piece of plastic wrap. Form into shape of a log.
  3. Roll plastic wrap around the butter. Grasp ends and plastic and tighten wrap around the butter.
  4. Place in refrigerator to set up. May also be place in freezer for longer storage.
