Maître d'Hôtel Butter
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons finely minced parsley
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Place all ingredients into small bowl and mix well.
- Place butter on a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a shape of a log.
- Roll plastic wrap around the butter. Grasp ends and plastic and tighten wrap around the butter.
- Place wrapped butter into the refrigerator to firm up. May also freeze.
