Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/2 cups assorted nuts
1/2 cup assorted seeds, ie, pepitas, sunflower etc
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup vegetable oil, heated in microwave for 30 seconds
1/2 cup honey, heated in microwave for 30 seconds
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Place on silpat or parchment paper lined sheet tray. Bake 300 degrees for one hour, mix 1-2 times during cooking process.
3. Place on new sheet of parchment paper and allow to cool. Once the granola cools, you can add dried fruit if you wish.
4. Store in sealed container.
