qcu-147 We ordered the 16 dollar Wagyu Hot Dog via room service. It was the most expensive and delicious hot dog I ever ate. The wagyu beef was intensely flavorful, the skin popped in my mouth when I took the first bite. Then the glorious toppings played to my taste buds like a world class symphony. The toppings included, Takuan pickle (pickled daikon radish), crispy onion strings, umami ketchup and a mustard aioli. The Wagyu hot dog at Nobu is east meets west culinary fusion at it’s best.
